AUDIOLOGIE is a United States based virtual vocalist production company, specialising in voice databases for Synthesizer V Studio.

AUDIOLOGIE currently produces voice databases for Synthesizer V Studio in association with Dreamtonics. We may collaborate with other companies producing Synthesizer V vocals for marketing and distribution purposes.

All voice databases sold by AUDIOLOGIE are free for commercial usage, but commercial use of character image likeness requires permission from AUDIOLOGIE. For commercial usage of character designs, please email info@audiologie.us.

The singer avatars are original characters owned by AUDIOLOGIE.

"Commercial use" of a character's likeness refers to selling merchandise or other derivative products featuring the character's design for monetary gain.

For fan-made derivative works, commercial use is permitted under the following conditions, which qualify as "small-scale" production:

• A maximum of 100 units may be produced and sold per design.

AND

• Individual merchandise items featuring our characters may not be sold for more than USD $30 per unit.

If your derivative merchandise exceeds the limits for "small-scale" production and commercial use, please contact business@audiologie.us to discuss licensing terms. A commercial license is required for production or sales that exceed the small-scale criteria.

Please note that Synthesizer V Lite voice databases may not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

Please read our end-user license agreement carefully and check the scope of use for prohibited matters listed in section 3 before using our voice synthesis software.

We plan to launch all of our voices on Synthesizer V Studio 2, the next-generation vocal synthesizer engine by Dreamtonics. Current SV1 owners can refer to this guide for information on upgrading at a discounted price.
